Johnny started his Insurance career 25 years ago in the Group Insurance Department of Transamerica/Occidental after attending Claremont Men’s College from 1975-79. His competitive spirit was developed on the baseball field while playing 4 years at Claremont College in California and 3 Years with the Oakland A’ s. Johnny is a member of the 1979 All American Baseball Team and was voted into the Claremont Men’s College Baseball Hall of Fame in 2004. Johnny joined General Southwest in June, 2005 after spending the last 12 years as Vice President of the Benefits Division of Lincoln National and 3 years as President and CEO of The Pignotti Company, an employee benefits consulting firm. Today, General Southwest manages over 100 employee benefit accounts and over $10 million dollars of group premium. This volume of premium and the extensive employee benefits experience of Johnny and his staff, gives General Southwest clients a distinctive edge when marketing and servicing your company to the health insurance marketplace. Johnny has been married for 25+ years to his wife Staci and they have 2 daughters Tenlee and Britnee. Johnny resides in Scottsdale and attends North Ridge Community Church where he has served on the Elder Board and is currently on the Employee Benefits Committee. His favorite pastime is a leisurely game of golf. |
