Phil is a Financial Representative of John Driscoll & Company, Inc. He provides Wealth Maximization strategies and uses The Living Balance Sheet ® web tool. His areas of specialty include providing Income Protection, Executive Plans, Qualified and Non-Qualified Retirement Planning and Exit Strategies.

Phil has a Bachelor's degree from Weber State University, was formerly a business owner and a Senior Professional Representative with Glaxo Smith Kline. Phil has been in the financial services industry since 2001.

Phil is married to Patricia and they have a son who is currently in the Army and a daughter. In his free time, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, walking, hiking and church activities.
